In discussions I have with both vendors and real estate agents, I am often asked if there is really any benefit in staging a property for sale? The question shouldn’t really be is there any benefit to staging a property, but what am I missing out on by not staging and properly preparing a property for sale. Where to prioritise spending on a home staging project?

The eternal question is, where do the vendors stop spending and start selling? There has to be a point where the property can stand on its own without any further adjustment, but at what point is a property truly ready to be inspected by the buying market?
