How do you hang artwork in your client’s property?

Working in a lot of new properties, the developers I deal with seem to make the same comments in relation to hanging artwork – “I don’t want holes in my newly plastered and painted walls!” and “I don’t want to patch any damage once you have gone”. A room isn’t a styled room unless it has artwork. Big sections of blank wall are not very attractive and don’t really convey any appeal to buyers. Where to prioritise spending on a home staging project?

The eternal question is, where do the vendors stop spending and start selling? There has to be a point where the property can stand on its own without any further adjustment, but at what point is a property truly ready to be inspected by the buying market?
